Eligibility for Returns
- For Consumable Products (e.g., Supplements, Vitamins, and other Food or Nutrition Items):
- Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations to the packaging. The packaging should remain sealed and unopened.
- For Non-Consumable Products (e.g., Fitness Equipment and Accessories):
- Returns are accepted as long as the product is in good condition, free from damage, and returned with appropriate packaging.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, customers must fill out and submit the Return Request Form to our email address at info@kingsupp.com. (Bottom of the Page)
- Once the return request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Ensure that the return shipment is properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- In cases where the product was shipped to the customer free of charge by KingSupp, it will not be eligible for return, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refund Methods
- Refunds can be processed in one of the following ways, as per the customer’s preference:
- Website Credit: Store credit for future purchases on KingSupp.
- Product Replacement: A replacement product of equal value.
- Monetary Refund: The original payment method will be credited.
